Invictus, our name, means ‘undefeated’ or ‘invincible’ in Latin. In school, we talk
about the courage to fail, falter, fall and flourish. This courage can take many
forms. Being invincible isn’t always a grand gesture; sometimes, the greatest
courage lies in simply ‘not giving up;’ the grit to practice the perfect goal on the
playground; attempting the difficult question; standing on the school stage; or just
trying something you’ve never tried before.
We nurture the curiosity, creativity, and courage of our students so that the
Invictus spirit of adventure and exploration, and the love for lifelong learning
flourishes.
